Cancellation Notice:

All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled charter date and time.

Captain's Discretion on Weather:

The safety of our guests and crew is our top priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the captain reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the charter. The captain will make the final decision based on their professional judgment, taking into consideration factors such as wind, waves, and overall sea conditions.

Cancellation Fees:

1. Cancellation with 72+ Hours Notice: No cancellation fee will be charged, and a full refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation within 72 Hours: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter cost will be charged.

3. Captain's Weather-Related Cancellation: If the captain cancels the charter due to adverse weather conditions, no cancellation fee will be charged, and efforts will be made to reschedule the charter at a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation Procedure:

To cancel a charter, guests must notify Lucky Landings Guide Service at least 72 hours in advance. Notification can be made by phone at 541-274-0972 or via email at harterseafood@gmail.com

Refund Process:

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 3 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original booking.

Rescheduling:

Guests may request to reschedule their charter based on availability. If the captain cancels the charter due to weather, efforts will be made to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
