Captain's Discretion on Weather:
The safety of our guests and crew is our top priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the captain reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the charter. The captain will make the final decision based on their professional judgment, taking into consideration factors such as wind, waves, and overall sea conditions.
Cancellation Fees:
1. Cancellation with 72+ Hours Notice: No cancellation fee will be charged, and a full refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation within 72 Hours: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter cost will be charged.
3. Captain's Weather-Related Cancellation: If the captain cancels the charter due to adverse weather
conditions, no cancellation fee will be charged, and efforts will be made to reschedule the charter at a mutually convenient time.

Yes. Everyone on the boat will be required to have a fishing license.
We recommend layers. The weather on the coast can vary. We also recommend rain gear in the event it rains.
